Member credit caps (for admins)
On a team plan (Pro or Enterprise), your organization's AI credits form one shared pool. By default, any member can use whatever the team has left. Owners and admins can set a cap on how much an individual member can use.
Individual plans have a single user, so pools and caps don't apply.
How caps work
- A cap is the most a member can use from the shared pool in a period.
- A cap reserves nothing. Members without a cap can still use whatever the team has left.
- A cap starts at the credits included with that member's seat (700) and can go up to whatever the pool has left.
- One member reaching their cap does not stop RealityCheck for anyone else.
- Leave members uncapped unless you need to limit someone's use.
Set or change a member's cap
- In the BriefCatch online app, open the Credit model settings.
- Select Manage member caps.
- Find the member in the list, or search for them.
- Enter their cap and save.
Owners and admins can set caps. Enterprise accounts manage how credits are allocated in their administrator tools.
What a capped member sees
When a member reaches their cap, the RealityCheck panel says "You've reached your RealityCheck credit limit for this period. Ask your admin to raise it." The Ask your admin button emails the organization's owners and admins.
Top-ups
Top-up credits stay available to your team when you change caps.
