Set up your account
Sign in the way your organization provided, verify your email if asked, and confirm the organization you are joining. Get started -
Get a document in
Upload a.docxor.pdf, or pick one from a connected drive, and decide what happens to the stored copy. My Documents -
Run the review
Watch analysis complete and open the review editor. Review a document - Work the suggestions
Accept, reject, or ignore each card across Style, Clarity, Proofing, and Citations. Ignoring is not the same as rejecting. Work with suggestions - Check the citations that carry the argument
RealityCheck reports whether an authority supports the proposition it is cited for. It is the one metered feature. Use RealityCheck - Read the document as a whole

When something is wrong
Citation formatting and citation substance are two different features: Citation corrections for form, RealityCheck for substance. For anything else, start at Troubleshooting.
