BriefCatch 3: Document is in Original Mode error

If tracked changes are turned on and Display for Review is set to Original, Word hides all edits and comments. 

Because Original mode is a view-only mode, BriefCatch cannot analyze the document or offer suggestions.

How to Fix It

In Word, change Display for Review from Original to Simple Markup or All Markup.

BriefCatch should detect the change automatically. If not, click the arrow icon in the top right of BriefCatch and select Reload:

If the issue persists, close and reopen the BriefCatch app.
