Licensing Information

To deploy, push the appropriate .reg changes and the new installer to each of the computers (or images) that will have WordRake. One you have run the appropriate .reg file (32- or 64-bit) and the installer on each computer, they will be all set with WordRake Enterprise for Word or Outlook using your automatic-activation enterprise license.

The expiration date for your enterprise license is noted in your renewal email.

Please note: This version of WordRake Enterprise will not have any kind of online activation step. Instead, the first time Word or Outlook is opened after WordRake is installed, WordRake will check if the local computer is a member of the specified active directory network domain. If yes, WordRake will become active for the duration of the enterprise license. This is strictly a local-machine check, so this version of WordRake will never try to communicate with any other device, service, or website, at any time. This domain check will work on any computer that has been joined to that network domain, even if the computer is offline.

As a result, your organization is responsible for ensuring no more than the purchased number of users are able to access WordRake.
