When this restriction is enabled, you may see the Store button greyed out or receive a notification that store access is blocked, like the below screenshot: ![store-disabled-error-word](https://support.briefcatch.com/hs-fs/hubfs/store-disabled-error-word.png?width=449&height=619&name=store-disabled-error-word.png) This prevents you from installing BriefCatch 3 directly in Word. ### What You Can Do First, confirm that you followed our [self install instructions](https://support.briefcatch.com/home/technical-troubleshooting/briefcatch-3-installation-options?hsLang=en). If that doesn't work, and you have access to the 365 Admin Center, check to see if the store can be enabled via the 365 Admin Center.
