BriefCatch 3 Enterprise Onboarding Guide
You can view your organization's subscription information by logging into the BriefCatch Portal.
BriefCatch Enterprise subscriptions are billed annually and renew for another 12-month term unless you request cancellation or make other arrangements as outlined in your contract agreement. We must receive your cancellation notice at least 30 days before your current license period ends if you don't intend to renew.
Your organization’s account owner or designated contact will receive a renewal notice 4-6 weeks in advance, outlining key details such as license count, pricing, and any upcoming changes.
