Document & Data Privacy
BriefCatch 3 does not store, log, or retain any document content. Document text is processed in RAM only and promptly cleared. No documents are ever stored or cached.
No one, including BriefCatch staff, has access to user documents or content, either during or after processing.
We do not use document data for training, analytics, or improvement of our algorithms.
Minimal User Data Logged
We only log basic metadata, such as user name, email address, and app configuration settings.
- No document-related metadata is stored.
- No text or file contents are ever logged or linked to a user account
End-to-End Encryption
BriefCatch uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit to protect all data. This ensures that any information transmitted or stored temporarily is fully secured using industry-leading encryption standards.
