Admins can manage the organization's settings and people; the owner also has billing responsibility. See [Roles & permissions](https://support.briefcatch.com/home/web-app/roles-and-permissions?hsLang=en). ### What admins can do Owners and admins can make these changes themselves in the web portal, without contacting BriefCatch support: - **Organization:** change the organization name, add and change your organization's domains, and change your own role. See [Teams & organizations](https://support.briefcatch.com/home/web-app/teams-and-organizations?hsLang=en) and [Verified domains & auto-membership](https://support.briefcatch.com/home/web-app/verified-domains?hsLang=en). - **Users:** add users, as long as you stay within your licensed seat total, and disable users who no longer need access. - **AI credits:** monitor credit usage across the organization, purchase additional credits, and switch between a shared credit pool and credits assigned to individual users. See [Billing](https://support.briefcatch.com/home/web-app/billing?hsLang=en). ### Turning AI on or off AI is a personal setting, not part of the subscription or the admin area, and it stays off until each person turns it on. In the web app, go to Settings \> Profile \> Features on your account \> AI review. The same switch also appears as the AI icon at the bottom of a document review, and as the AI mode pill in the Word add-in. After signing up as an enterprise customer, you receive a registration link for it. The Standalone portal is for IT and admins: it has your subscription details, the software, license files, and deployment documentation. Your users don't need to register.
